New Year, New You

Happy New Year! Happy New You.  Now is the time for setting new goals, starting with a clean slate, and achieving things you never thought possible. 

Did you know? According to research, new habits can take anywhere from 21-66 days to be formed. Ultimately you must STAY THE COURSE in order to accomplish what you set your mind to. We know you have heard this before; don't try to change your whole life in one day. Change takes time, dedication and hard work. Remain consistent and you will see results. 

Whether your goals are simple such as drinking more water, or seemingly monumental like paying off debt - YOU CAN DO IT! Create a routine, make a plan, write it down or shout it from the rooftops... Just don't give up!

Interested in strengthening relationships? Surprise someone with a nice handwritten card or letter letting them know how important they are, just because!

Reward yourself for small victories. If you're trying to lose weight - put a few dollars in a jar for every pound shed and treat yourself to a new pair of shoes or some workout gear when you have reached a milestone.

Do you wish you were more organized? Start small. Don't overwhelm yourself. Pick one drawer, one cupboard or one closet and get to work. Don't rush through it, you will get frustrated and forget why you started!
